The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Responsibility for Illegal Use of Special Technical Equipment for Secret Receipt of Information)

The Law amends the Code on Administrative Infringements of Ukraine. Thus, in part one of clause 15, the phrase "purchase or storage of special technical equipment for retrieval of information from the communication channels, other methods of secret receipt of information" is substituted with "storage of special technical equipment for secret receipt of information."

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 6191.
